Contractor Invoice Maker provides free PDF document generators for tradespeople. We do not require an account. Form data and PDF generation run in your browser — we do not store your client details, line items, or generated PDFs on our servers.

Information we collect

We do not collect the business or client information you enter into the invoice builder or the PDFs you download.

Optional localStorage saves your business profile in your browser only if you opt in — it never uploads to our servers.

We may use cookieless analytics (for example Plausible) to count anonymous page views and events such as document type usage or PDF downloads. Those events do not include your form values.

If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads or via https://optout.aboutads.info.

How we use information

Anonymous analytics help us understand which document types and trade templates are used so we can improve the site.
