After the customer signs or approves, click Convert to invoice in the sidebar (next to Download PDF). You do not retype line items — the tool assigns a new invoice number, today's date, and Net 30 due date, then opens the invoice builder for a final review.
Use the Convert to invoice button in the summary panel on the right.
