Panel swaps and device counts show up as lump sums and labor hours. This preset loads common residential lines and asks for your license in the header.
After the customer signs or approves, click Convert to invoice in the sidebar (next to Download PDF). You do not retype line items, the tool assigns a new invoice number, today's date, and Net 30 due date, then opens the invoice builder for a final review.
Use the Convert to invoice button in the summary panel on the right.
Click Convert to invoice in the sidebar. Line items, business and client blocks copy over. You get a new INV- number, today's issue date, Net 30 due date, and any deposit field cleared. Edit anything before you download the invoice PDF.
Line items, quantities, rates, notes, tax rate, and discount settings. The estimate number stays on the old PDF only, the invoice uses the next number from your browser counter.
No. Parties and line items copy automatically. You land on /invoice with the form prefilled; review due date and totals, then download.
License number, scope per line (devices, circuits, panels), labor rate or flat fee, materials, permit when applicable, and payment terms. Keep AFCI/GFCI upgrades called out if they affect price.
Use lump-sum lines for the panel and main breaker, hourly or flat labor, permit, and optional inspection fee. Note amperage (e.g. 200A) in the description for clarity.
Yes, many electricians markup materials 15–25%. Separate lines make the markup transparent and simplify tax reporting.
After the customer approves, use estimate→invoice in our tool: line items and parties copy over, a new invoice number is assigned, and due date defaults to Net 30.
