Cleaning businesses bill recurring residential routes, deep cleans by square footage, and move-out jobs with checklists. Separate supplies from labor when clients provide products versus when you do.
After the customer signs or approves, click Convert to invoice in the sidebar (next to Download PDF). You do not retype line items, the tool assigns a new invoice number, today's date, and Net 30 due date, then opens the invoice builder for a final review.
Use the Convert to invoice button in the summary panel on the right.
Click Convert to invoice in the sidebar. Line items, business and client blocks copy over. You get a new INV- number, today's issue date, Net 30 due date, and any deposit field cleared. Edit anything before you download the invoice PDF.
Line items, quantities, rates, notes, tax rate, and discount settings. The estimate number stays on the old PDF only, the invoice uses the next number from your browser counter.
No. Parties and line items copy automatically. You land on /invoice with the form prefilled; review due date and totals, then download.
Use the same line items each visit (e.g. weekly standard clean) with date in the invoice number or notes. Monthly billing can combine four visits on one PDF or one invoice per visit.
State on the invoice: supplies included, or bill consumables separately for commercial accounts. Eco or specialty products often carry a surcharge line.
Flat rate by bedrooms/bathrooms or hourly with estimated hours on the estimate. Move-out adds oven, fridge, and inside cabinets as optional lines.
Same template works, change line descriptions (nightly office vs weekly home) and note after-hours or access requirements in notes.
